How can we get among the top levels on crew3 leaderboard as the competition is very harsh now, and there is a tough competition for top ranks. So please suggest our new users and others who care grinding real hard to be on crew3. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

In the top are people who have been doing quests for a long time. It's hard to imagine that someone can replace them. They completed many daily quests and participated in all sorts of events to get XP. You shouldn't chase them, it's much more important to be active in the discord, simultaneously completing quests for the crew3.
