some of you guys keep asking why you can not claim those OAT or NFTs on Galxe.com! this is because in the past, you did not achieve the roles on crew3 that you require now for claiming. even if you completed some of the tasks or quests on crew3 and did not done all of them at the time you needed to do, again you can not claim. you need to wait for further information or check the crew3 for those quests to be relisted so you could do them in the fature.
